What is Enrichment Grooming?

Enrichment grooming focuses on the overall wellness of your dog on the grooming table. From ensuring they have the best groom according to their skin and coat needs, to producing an environment where they can be calm and have an enjoyable grooming experience with us.

What Vaccination Requirements Do You Have?

You must provide proof of an up-to-date Rabies vaccination.

Do You Groom Puppies?

We do! Check out our Puppy Enrichment Grooming Training Program, designed to help a puppy 8 months of age and younger to get comfortable and familiar with the grooming process, environment, and equipment that is used for grooming.

Do You Groom Senior Dogs?

Yes! We have Senior Specialists on staff who are specially trained to handle the needs of your senior dog. Ask about our speciality joint care bath.

Do You Groom Aggressive or Anxious Dogs?

Our Styling Specialists have extensive experience grooming anxious, aggressive, or temperamental dogs. Please note that dogs with extreme behavior may be subject to additional handling fees.

My Dog’s Coat is Very Matted. Can You Help?

Yes, we can! We offer dematting, which is the process of safely removing mats from your pet’s coat using specialized brushing, combing, or clipping techniques. This process requires additional time and expertise, which is why it often comes with extra fees.

Do you Groom Cats?

We do! Cat grooming is available at our Orland Park location only at this time.

Do You Offer Walk-in Services?

Yes! Walk in services are available for nail trims, ear cleaning, face trims, teeth brushing – basically any service that doesn’t require a bath. Proof of up-to-date Rabies vaccination is required.

Do You Offer Any Specials?

We offer 10% off grooming services for first-time clients.
